Teammates

90% of the calls that come into Member Services are questions that an up-line can answer or that can be found right on www.wakeupnowf.blogspot.com on the right side of the page.  Phone lines wouldn't be jammed up if people would simply call their team-members and ask them.  Member Services are there to handle account issues, not tell you how to build a down-line, get strategies, ask about getting leads, how to start building the business, etc.  They simply handle account problems and they get paid under $10 to do so.  Work with an up-line mentor who can help you succeed and plug into the training site.  Now, up-line, if you aren't picking up calls or texts 'after' you have sponsored someone, then re-evaluate how you are building your business.  This is not a one-time sale.  Your are a leader and a sponsor and should handle the questions of your team players who are sincerely trying to build the business.  As a sponsor and leader, we have an obligation to help the people we bring on board.  If we don't, they will leave you and join with another sponsor who will actually get back to them.  Let's step up our game and work with our teammates and allow corporate to do what they are supposed to do, which is provide products for us to promote, issue checks checks on time, handle account issues, and keep the company compliant.
