 Support with your TEAM and communication is SO important. Getting back to people quickly and professionally is key. Can you imagine walking into Costco to return an item and no one was there to help you? You would never shop with them again. This business is the same. If you don't support your people, you will never succeed. Respond to them and help them. As a sponsor, you have an obligation to help that person, not just enroll them.
